Face to face presentation of shortlisted candidates for review. All candidates submitted for shortlist will be interviewed by ARC Talent either face to face or video, depending on location.
For the interview process we would work closely with you to ensure all arrangements can be organised for the first, second, third and final stage with minimal disruption to your schedules.
Offer management & final selection
We would expect in most cases that each position has reached offer stage by now and we will work closely with you to ensure the selected candidate is excited to be joining your business.
