Job Description

The Company:

A unique start up providing a technology platform to the corporate world – the target market is all medium to large businesses in the region that would benefit from our client’s solution.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to Founder, you will be required to:

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned region and accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends

Skills Required:

To be successful for this role, you must have the below experience and attributes: 

  • Overall 10-15 years of professional work experience with a sizeable portion of this experience in sales and business development
  • You must have experience in the KSA market
  • Your track record in sales should be in the enterprise market where you engage with multiple stakeholders such as HR, Finance and Procurement
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Genuine ability and desire to work in a start-up environment where you can make an impact and contribute to the bigger picture
