The Company:
A unique start up providing a technology platform to the corporate world – the target market is all medium to large businesses in the region that would benefit from our client’s solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to Founder, you will be required to:
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned region and accounts
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
Skills Required:
To be successful for this role, you must have the below experience and attributes:
- Overall 10-15 years of professional work experience with a sizeable portion of this experience in sales and business development
- You must have experience in the KSA market
- Your track record in sales should be in the enterprise market where you engage with multiple stakeholders such as HR, Finance and Procurement
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Genuine ability and desire to work in a start-up environment where you can make an impact and contribute to the bigger picture
