The ideal candidate will create a highly positive and engaging experience for all visitors and callers to the business, of a highly professional, friendly and helpful, manner. The successful candidate needs to be very well presented and proactive, organised and above all, capable of meeting the varied needs of visitors and the organisation. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive visitors at the front desk 
  • Answering calls professionally – screening and directing incoming calls as appropriate
  • Managing meeting room bookings professionally
  • Supporting events management and coordination 
  • Assisting with research for quotes and / or contractors
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and kitchen sundries
  • Travel / hotel bookings and diary management 
  • Administrative support

Skills Required:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Intermediate proficiency in the use of the Google office cloud suite
  • Professional, friendly, approachable, very well presented and energetic
  • Excellent written and verbal English (first language)
  • A strong customer service mindset
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload autonomously
