Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire paid marketing strategy – to increase volumes & to optimize spending across geographies.
  • Ensure CAC and the LTV across geographies are healthy
  • Own the Paid marketing budget and ROI of all paid channels (Web & App) & affiliate networks
  • Hands-on Account Management of paid channels – Google Search, Shopping, Display, UAC and Paid Social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
  • Work with web & app tracking tools to monitor campaign performance and conversion rates.
  • Daily optimization and scaling of all paid search campaigns, to boost performances and maintain profitable ROI / Margin
  • Drive Mobile App installs and re-engagement campaigns through Google, Facebook, and Mobile Ad Networks and Affiliate partners
  • Well Versed with web data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Facebook Insights
  • Understand & work with Web & Mobile Attribution modeling
  • Well versed in Mobile Marketing Performance Tools like Adjust
  • Work on Affiliate & Partnership opportunities to add new revenue channels.

Skills Required:

  • An analytical mindset and methodical approach – extensive Excel skills and an ability to make recommendations based on statistics
  • Acute attention to accuracy and detail
  • Excellent organizational skills, often working to tight deadlines
  • Tools experience: Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, Criteo & Adroll, Google & Facebook Analytics, Adjust and Google data studio
