- Ensure CAC and the LTV across geographies are healthy
- Own the Paid marketing budget and ROI of all paid channels (Web & App) & affiliate networks
- Hands-on Account Management of paid channels – Google Search, Shopping, Display, UAC and Paid Social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Work with web & app tracking tools to monitor campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Daily optimization and scaling of all paid search campaigns, to boost performances and maintain profitable ROI / Margin
- Drive Mobile App installs and re-engagement campaigns through Google, Facebook, and Mobile Ad Networks and Affiliate partners
- Well Versed with web data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Facebook Insights
- Understand & work with Web & Mobile Attribution modeling
- Well versed in Mobile Marketing Performance Tools like Adjust
- Work on Affiliate & Partnership opportunities to add new revenue channels.
- An analytical mindset and methodical approach – extensive Excel skills and an ability to make recommendations based on statistics
