Job Description

The ideal candidate will have customer experience, digital strategy, innovation, digital transformation experience especially within eCommerce, bank and telco, etc. Must also be a fluent Arabic speaker

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions and provide a pathway for the client to a successful implementation.
  • Provide professional advice, guidance, and training to clients in the implementation of digital technologies to improve operational performance and technology adoption.
  • Provide guidance and support to the client in setting up journey redesign teams with internal and external design resources.
  • Lead customer strategy workshops, customer journey workshops, CX culture change management, CX Analytic,s, etc.
  • Develop and implement an End-to-End customer journey for the client that best serves customer experience

Skills Required:

  • Over 5+ years of experience in a management consulting position
  • Experience consulting in Banking, Finance, and/or Telco industry
  • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
  • Proven Digital Transformation and CX Strategy experience
  • Must be fluent in spoken Arabic
