Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the team’s attendance, professional conduct and daily performance 
  • Manage employees in line with company policies; addressing concerns in a timely and appropriate manner 
  • Continually monitoring real time workload and taking action to ensure customer experience is always maintained
  • Working alongside the QA team to ensure the customer expectation is exceeded on every contact, by coaching consultants to exceed quality score pass rates

Skills Required:

  • Customer-centric focus 
  • Ideally must have contact centre experience, preferably in a luxury sales and service experience environment 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Demonstrates people management skills, ability to lead and motivate a team 
  • Must show an affinity with the luxury consumer
