Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the technical architecture of systems utilizing the Marketing Cloud and Salesforce.com platforms
  • Work with the Account Management and Creative teams to develop the right CRM campaigns to support overall brand campaigns and requirements
  • Design, proof (using tools such as Litmus), send and monitor a variety of cross-channel campaigns as may be required
  • A/B test campaigns and make recommendations for optimizing them to achieve the desired KPIs in line with commercial and sales cycles
  • Build analytics reports and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing campaign/email results and measure the effectiveness
  • Develop linear to complex journeys, decision trees and implement triggers for omnichannel communication at the right points within the journey, for an optimal customer experience
  • Be responsible for administrative operations such as managing Business Unit, Users, All Contact counts
  • Collaborate with external teams on integrations

Skills Required:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant fields such as marketing, data sciences, statistics, economics, engineering, and hands-on experiences with specific project deliverables and associated references
  • 3+ years experience working on the Adobe Marketing Cloud / Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce.com platforms
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin Certificate
  • Expertise in utilizing Content Builder, Contact Builder, Email Studio, Social Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder
  • Knowledge in Marketing cloud connector, data extensions, API integration with external systems
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of SQL Server query language and activity, Import Definition, File Transfer and Data Extracts
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and AMPscript / Java Script preferred
  • Experience with Communities a plus
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Lightning Web Components a plus
  • Experience with ETL or middleware tools is a plus

  • International and domestic travel will be required
