Co-Founder & CEO
Originally from Australia and having worked markets around the world, Abdul-Rahman has been as a specialist in Marketing, Digital & Technology since 2002. Over this time, he’s been lucky enough to experience the world of recruitment within boutique agencies and large corporates. This exposure to both sides has equipped Abdul-Rahman with a great understanding on what’s required to establish and maintain long lasting relationships and provide the highest quality of service to clients and candidates.
You will find that he spends most of his spare time with his wife and 2 kids, circuit training / boxing most mornings and is a passionate Liverpool fan. YNWA
Khalid Bel Jaflah
Co-Founder & President
Khalid has held managerial roles out of key markets such as India, Syria, Morocco, Senegal, East Africa, KSA and the UAE, before leading the commercial operations in the Emirates’ hub. Throughout his career he has witnessed both the glory days of travel agencies as well as their decay in the past decade with the rise of online travel agencies.
His love for all things tech combined with his knowledge of the industry and region and entrepreneurial flair made him realize that digital might as well be the lifeboat the region needed.
Director - Digital
Our Arabic speaking Australian Egyptian. Mo started his career in Digital recruitment in 2010, right at the time of the Digital wave in Australia and moved to Dubai in 2016 with the goal of becoming the go to recruiter in Digital. Mo specialises in Creative, all aspects of Experience and Product Design, Project Managers – but with a deep background in marketing, social and digital client servicing with a network covering all corners of the globe.
Outside of work, Mo spends most of his time with his wife and kids, but any evening you will find him relaxing with a shisha or three… a self-proclaimed Shisha connoisseur he is also obsessed with cars (check out @aussiecarspotter), and all things sneakers…. Please don’t get him started on his favourite pair.
David is a sales and recruitment expert who has spent over 14 years leading and running successful business across the globe. Having worked in management, leadership and training roles across the globe, his understanding and experience of sales has allowed him to deliver projects covering Managed Services, Project Services, Retained and Contingent Services within large multinational and boutique companies within the US, UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
Outside of work, he has 3 huge passions in his life, DJing, music production and golf. David’s lifelong goal is to play golf on the seniors PGA and European Tour.
Khaled has worked in recruitment since 2013 and joined ARC Talent just a month after it was established. With a Business and Marketing degree from Napier University in his hometown of Edinburgh, Khaled has a passion for all things tech, which has served him well with clients and candidates in this field. Khaled works with some of the best Software Vendors and Digital Start-Ups in the Gulf.
Outside of work he puts those digital skills to good use with a lot of internet shopping and Instagram scrolling…
Dhiren has an extensive background in recruitment, his recent position with Ogilvy as the Recruitment lead has allowed him to established himself as a leading recruiter in the integrated Advertising, PR, Creative & Strategy space! With his experience on both sides, Dhiren offers clients & candidates a unique advisory perspective to assist them in their recruitment and career goals.
He is absolutely bonkers about performance cars! Keep all sweet treats away from him.
Amy has successfully worked in Recruitment since 2012 on both sides of the fence. She is experienced with growing start-ups through to corporate tech teams in the UK, the UAE. She is passionate about tech innovation, helping employees achieve their full potential and working with clients to find solutions for the recruitment challenges they are facing.
Amy’s a traveller at heart, and in her spare time you will find her exploring the UAE or planning her next adventure!”
Aachal has worked in recruitment since 2016, specializing in marketing, creative, communications and digital sectors. She brings an amazing network and extensive knowledge on managing a full end to end recruitment lifecycle to the business. She was born and raised in the UAE and has a degree in International Business from the University of Wollongong and is a qualified CIPD professional.
In her spare time, you will either find Aachal at a brunch or a burger joint in Dubai.
Clarence is born and raised in the UAE and is a BBA cum laude graduate with a major in International Business. Clarence started her journey in the recruitment industry in Digital & Tech for banking and commercial industries. She has since expanded her scope and has worked with global and regional clients in Agencies, Consultancies, Start-ups and ecommerce etc. With her experience in both local and international markets – Clarence is experienced in, but not limited to, UX/UI and Service Design, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Solution Architecture, Digital Transformation, Project Management, Product Management and Data Analytics.
Outside of work she enjoys trying out different cuisines, chilling with a good TV show/movie, beauty products, working out and exploring new places.
Crystal has been living in Dubai her entire life and holds an Honorary degree in Business and HRM from Middlesex University. Crystal started her recruitment career in 2014, where she has covered various exciting industries, be it in Sales & Marketing, Digital & Tech and everything in between. Over the last three years though she has been more focused within recruitment in the Digital and Tech space, placing the best engineers in Software, Testing, Data and DevOps across all levels for the Middle East through an RPO / On-site model Her success as a recruiter is due to her versatility, diligence and disciplined methodology along with strong candidate management skills.
A few things she loves to do in her free time; cooking for friends and family, painting, online shopping and listening to 60’s music. C’mon, who doesn’t like 60’s music?
Operations & Social Media Manager
Tanja is a former sleep scientist with over 8 years of clinical work experience in hospitals across Melbourne, Australia. A move abroad and 2 children later saw Tanja reinvent herself in the region as a vibrant social media manager.
An advocate for all things mental health and women’s empowerment, Tanja enjoys making new connections, all things social and appreciates a decent cup of coffee to keep her up and on her feet to balance the working mum life.
